Signs that your bra is too small:

If the cups are too small, breasts bulge over the top or side of the cups.  Too often, we see what we call “double bubble”, where the breasts spill over the top of the bra, creating a bulge beneath your clothing.

If the band of a bra is too tight, it can dig into your back, creating the look of back fat or simply becoming uncomfortable.

If the underwire is painful, pokes you under your arm or between your breasts, tips away from the body, catches on your arm when you move it, pops out of the bra, or is just plain uncomfortable, chances are that you’re in the wrong size.

If your straps dig into your shoulders, causing painful or permanent dents, or if they are constantly slipping and sliding off your shoulders, the bra style you’re wearing isn’t the best one for you.

Signs that your bra is too big:

In a poorly fitting bra, the cups can wrinkle, pucker, or gap away from the body if they are too big.

If the band of your bra is too loose, it will ride up in the back, and can sometimes cause your breasts to fall out the bottom of the cups.

If the center panel of your bra gaps away from your body and does not rest flat against your chest, you may not be wearing the correct bra.
